Our FREE meditation classes teach you techniques for focus and relaxation that allow you to deal with the day to day challenges of life with a clear and focused mind and without reacting. If you enjoy the meditation session and would like to make a small donation, all monies will go to charities that support children with disabilities. Our meditation class is free and runs every Tuesday evening. No need to book - just turn up - no equipment needed. Make time for Yourself!
