Deep Water Aerobics

The use of a flotation device makes this class the most challenging water class.

Parkinson’s Conditioning

This land class is specifically for people living with Parkinson’s. It includes gentle and appropriate exercises to help increase flexibility, overall strength and stamina.

Working with Weights

Explore free weights, strength training and flexibility training. This class is the closest workout to personal training in a group setting.

Zumba

Zumba is a dance/exercise regimen done to a mix of Latin and international music. There are three or four moves that repeat, so it is easy for people to pick up. Taught by a Certified Zumba Instructor!
