Cottage Retreat

 When you feel that it is a time to retreat from the world, to retreat to your self we create a quiet and safe supported place where you can. Take time to see yourself through your own eyes rather than through the eyes of others. That can be scarier than you might think. At Coolbagh it always turns out to be an uplifting and a joyful ‘seeing’.

Retreats are for the individual or two friends or a couple booking together. We are located on the banks of the Blackwater River in Co. Waterford Ireland. All needs are catered for. Food, Therapies, Workshops, Courses, Accomodation for one all inclusive charge.
We grow our own vegetables, raise hens for eggs and are established conservational bee keepers, so everything is fresh and tasty.
