SpiritQuest Retreats

At a time in my life when I was going through such hardship, I decided to work on myself and seek a deeper relationship with others. SpiritQuest was the perfect place to get in touch with myself and to learn the value of healthy relationships. Through meditation, yoga, and life coaching, I quieted my mind enough to see that I was caught in my own patterns. After a week in Sedona I feel refreshed and alive! The owners at SpiritQuest and their staff were very friendly and professional. I felt that I had gained a new family. Thank you SpiritQuest. I will be back.

I have been on many retreats but never one like this. SpiritQuest is very unique. I had a team of 7 people working with me. I felt that every person had my best interest in mind. I learned so much about myself and how to come to that place of balance and peace. I had forgotten the tools and SpiritQuest helped me find myself again. I would recommend this retreat to anyone and I plan to return...and bring a friend!
