Yoga Holiday Center: We offer both introductory and intermediate yoga classes. Why not consider giving yourself a Yoga Retreat for 3,5,7 or 10 relaxing days.

Ayurveda: Ayurvedic body massage done with medicated oil depending upon the body constitution which relieves the tiredness and provides sound sleep. Panchakarma (Purification) treatment promotes body resistance to disease through immunity. Pachakarma packages for 7, 14, 21 and 28 days are available. We can arrange Ayurvedic body massage and Panchakarma (Purification) packages  for our guests at the nearby Ayurvedic Health Centre.
