Yoga Holiday on a Greek island

Yoga Holiday on Paros, one of the most beautifull islands of Greece. Classes based on the system of mr. B.K.S. Iyengar, but with a softer aproach. Classes in English. Small groups of maximum 10 persons ensure you get enough personal attention and correction. For this reason suitable for all levels, also beginners or people without any yoga experience. Classes every morning 2 1/2 hr and every other afternoon 1 1/2 hr. Enough time left to enjoy the island, the sea, the sun and the Greek lifestyle. Teacher Oona Giesen has more then 35 years yoga experience and over 12 years of teaching experience. Memeber of the International Yoga Federation.
